Salary: Up to £35,000 per year (DOE)
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm (40 hours/week)

Job Overview

We are seeking a bright, enthusiastic, and experienced Raw Materials Planner to join the Planning team at our site in South Kirkby. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow and develop within a dynamic food manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage raw materials planning

Order fresh and frozen proteins

Process material change requests

Report on beef/pork supply issues and shortages

Coordinate beef blast and dicing plans

Plan backloads for beef and pork

Check and manage short shelf-life stock

Confirm purchase orders with suppliers

Book frozen stock into local storage

Answer phones and liaise with customers

Support team during holidays or absences

Follow company procedures and health & safety standards

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 1 year of Raw Materials Planning experience (required)

Background in administration or sales admin (preferred)

Excellent communicator and team player

Strong IT and data entry skills
