Salary: £27,000 – £31,000 Basic (incl. car allowance) + Commission + Bonus

OTE: £45,000 – £70,000+ Year 1 | High Earnings

• Manage a pipeline of 8–10 appointments per week
• Provide whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice
• Work with pre-qualified, estate agency-generated leads
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Identify remortgage and protection opportunities
• Deliver a compliant, end-to-end mortgage service
• Consistently work towards high earnings targets

• 75+ property sales per month
• Average property value of £270,000
• Average case sizes of £2,000
• Strong lead flow and established client base

• CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
• Experience as a Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker
• Strong sales and communication skills
• Target-driven and motivated by high earnings
• Full UK driving licence

• £27K–£31K basic
• £1,000 monthly financial guarantee (6 months)
