You will be working with a small class of pupils with a range of special educational needs, including autism, ADHD, and learning difficulties. The ideal candidate will be creative, patient, and committed to providing inclusive education that enables every child to achieve their potential.

Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual EHCPs.

Create a positive and nurturing classroom environment.

Work collaboratively with support staff, therapists, and parents.

Monitor and record pupil progress, adjusting strategies as needed.

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

*

Experience working with children with SEN (particularly ASD, SEMH, or MLD).

*

Strong classroom management and communication skills.

A proactive, compassionate, and resilient approach.
