I'm looking for a Property Services Co-ordinator to provide vital support to the Property Services team, covering everything from responsive repairs and voids to planned works and compliance. This is a great opportunity to join a dedicated housing provider and play a key role in ensuring homes are safe, well-maintained, and compliant.

📁 What You'll Be Doing:
✅ Logging and diagnosing responsive repairs, raising works orders, and tracking progress
✅ Liaising daily with residents, contractors, and service providers
✅ Supporting repairs, voids, planned works, and Aids & Adaptations programmes
✅ Processing invoices and liaising with Finance for checks and audits
✅ Assisting with complaints handling and customer satisfaction surveys
✅ Maintaining property files, contract documentation, and asset data
✅ Providing accurate administrative support across the Property Services directorate

🎯 What I'm Looking For:
🔹 Minimum 2 years' experience in repairs administration within social housing
🔹 Strong communication skills — able to deal confidently with residents and contractors
🔹 Knowledge of procurement and Schedules of Rates (SoR)
🔹 Skilled in handling invoices, data entry, and stock condition data
🔹 Excellent IT skills and attention to detail
🔹 Organised, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
