About the Role

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Financial Administrator to join our wealth management team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth running of our administrative processes and supporting advisers and paraplanners in delivering outstanding service to our clients. You will be the backbone of daily operations, helping to maintain accurate records, process documentation, and uphold compliance standards across all aspects of client servicing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to financial advisers and paraplanners in all aspects of client management
  • Prepare and process new business applications, withdrawals, transfers, and policy servicing requests
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records on the company’s CRM and back-office systems
  • Liaise with clients, product providers, and third parties to obtain valuations, statements, and policy details
  • Assist with the preparation of client review packs and meeting documentation
  • Ensure all documentation meets compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Handle incoming correspondence, calls, and client queries in a professional and timely manner
  • Support the preparation of reports and management information for internal use
  • Contribute to process improvements and help maintain a positive and efficient team environment

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a financial services or wealth management administrative role preferred but not essential
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Good understanding of financial products such as pensions, investments, and protection (advantageous but not essential)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using CRM or back-office systems (preferred but not essential)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of FCA regulations and compliance processes (preferred but not essential)
  • A proactive team player with a professional and client-focused attitude
