The Parts Coordinator will be responsible for accurately identifying parts required for repairs, providing cost estimates to the Service team and ordering the required parts from various suppliers and manufacturers. The Parts Coordinator will also be responsible for tracking orders once placed to provide the Service team with daily status updates, verify receipts against orders and coordinate part returns and reorders as necessary to meet the needs of the Service department.
The qualified applicant should have the ability to multi-task, possess excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
