This is a fantastic opportunity for you to manage a variety of projects across the commercial, retail, leisure, and office sectors, with values ranging up to £4m.

You will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning through to final handover, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and site teams, traveling to various project locations across London, the South West, and South Wales. The typical project duration is between 6 to 16 weeks, requiring strong time management and organizational skills.

You should have proven experience in managing fit-out and refurbishment projects, excellent leadership abilities, and the flexibility to travel to different project sites.
