Project Quantity Surveyor

A thriving multi-disciplinary Construction Consultancy needs a Project Quantity Surveyor to join its quantity surveying function based in South East London.

Quantity Surveyor's Role

Working with the Quantity Surveying team in delivering an array of high-quality public-sector projects, this role encompasses the full range of QS responsibilities with an additional element of Employers Agent responsibility.

Projects range in value from minor to £100m+. The Quantity Surveyor will work across multiple projects simultaneously.

The Quantity Surveyor

* Public sector/Residential/Education project experience ideally

* Previous experience within a consultancy

* Resilient, client facing, good people skills

* Knowledge of pre-contract, cost planning, and EA work preferred

* Flexible, positive and eager for a challenge

* £50,000 - £60,000 basic salary

* Hybrid working 2 days WFH per week
