The Role - Academic & SEN Mentor

A diverse and inclusive secondary school in the London Borough of Brent is seeking a committed Academic & SEN Mentor to join their team ASAP.

In this role, you will:

Deliver 1:1 and small group academic support

*

Support students with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and moderate learning difficulties

*

Assist with emotional regulation and behaviour strategies

*

Work closely with the SENCO, pastoral team, and subject teachers

*

Help students develop confidence, independence, and engagement with learning

The ideal candidate will have strong SEN experience and demonstrate genuine empathy, consistency, and a proactive attitude.
