Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 per annum

Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for: - Reviewing and enhancing internal policies, identifying areas for positive change and increased efficiency
- Working with the General Manager to drive improvements in margins, profitability and ROI
- Leading and developing a finance team of two staff members
- Taking ownership of monthly management accounts, including P&L, KPIs, budgeting and forecasting
- Monitoring stock and inventory reporting, ensuring accuracy and effective cost management
- Offering insights to support business decisions and contribute to financial strategy
What you will need: - Previous experience in a similar role, such as Financial Controller / Finance Director / Head of Finance / Finance Manager
- To be a qualified accountant ( ACCA / CIMA / ACA)
- A background in manufacturing (ideally)
- You're either ready to step up into your first Financial Controller role or already experienced and looking for a fresh challenge
- You communicate effectively and can build strong relationships across the business, balancing commercial awareness with emotional intelligence
- You’re proactive, adaptable and not afraid to challenge the status quo constructively
