JOB - Engineering Team Leader
LOCATION - Nottingham
TERM - Permanent
SALARY - £35,000 to £45,000 per annum (plus benefits)
Premier Engineering is working with an established engineering company based in Nottingham that is looking to hire an Engineering Team Leader to oversee their engineering team and support production activities.
The Engineering Team Leader will ideally have the following attributes:

Previous experience in an engineering supervisory or leadership role
Strong mechanical or electrical engineering background
Hands-on experience in a manufacturing, production, or workshop environment
Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team of engineers and technicians
Good problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and quality standards
Relevant engineering qualifications (HNC, HND, BEng, NVQ etc.)The Engineering Team Leader role will involve:

Supervising a team of engineers and ensuring work is completed to a high standard
Providing technical support and guidance to the engineering team
Planning and allocating work to meet production deadlines
Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and identifying process improvements
Conducting performance reviews and training team members where necessary
