My client is looking for an organised and proactive Branch Administrator to support the Branch Manager and ensure the smooth, day-to-day running of operations. This is a varied role where no two days are the same, you'll provide essential administrative support, act as a first point of contact for customers, and help keep the branch running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Act as Personal Assistant to the Branch and Sales Manager
Manage incoming calls and maintain the branch switchboard
Serve as the first point of contact for customer enquiries
Provide administrative support across departments as required
Prepare sales quotations, invoices, and delivery tickets
Carry out daily cashiering duties and liaise with Head Office
Maintain accurate records and keep the sales database up to date
Support the sales team during events and trade shows
Conduct monthly stock checks on domestic items
Ensure clear and timely communication across the team
Deliver a professional, customer-focused service at all timesWhat My Client Is Looking For

Excellent organisational ability with strong attention to detail
Discreet, trustworthy, and confident handling confidential information
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Comfortable working with both written and numerical data
Well-presented with a professional, customer-first attitude
