We are seeking an empathetic specialist to support learners with Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD) and complex needs, ensuring they receive the highest standard of care and education.

Who We're Looking For:The ideal candidate will possess a blend of experience, skill, and empathy:
Proven Specialist Experience: Essential background working with individuals who have PMLD, complex physical disabilities, or severe autism, whether in a care or educational setting. Practical knowledge of tube feeding, hoisting, or managing epilepsy is highly desirable.
Qualification & Mindset: A Level 2 or 3 qualification in Health and Social Care or Supporting Teaching and Learning is beneficial. However, we equally value substantial hands-on experience combined with a naturally caring and empathetic approach.
Commitment to Safeguarding: A current Enhanced DBS on the Update Service is essential. If you do not have one, you must be willing to process an application immediately.
