Van Driver – Leamington Spa, Warwickshire

People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Van Driver to join our well-established client based in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire. This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent rates of pay, ongoing weekday work, and the chance to progress within a supportive environment.

Shifts

• Monday – Friday
• Start times between 06:00 and 07:00

Rates of Pay

• £13.50 per hour

Day-to-Day Duties

As a Van Driver, your duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Multi-drop delivery of meat products
• Completing up to 18 drops per shift
• Loading and unloading of the van
• Carrying out pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Ensuring all loads are secured safely and correctly
• Adhering to all traffic laws and regulations

Essential Skills

As a Van Driver, you will need:

• Valid UK Category B Driving Licence
• Minimum of 12 months’ experience driving Category B vehicles
• No more than six penalty points for minor infringements
• Good knowledge of the UK road network
• Good spoken and written English
• Excellent punctuality and timekeeping

Desirable Experience

• Experience driving commercial vehicles
• Previous home delivery experience

Training Provided

• Industry-related training and ongoing support
