United Infrastructure is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join our expanding Responsive Repairs division. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a newly awarded contract covering East London and the Home Counties, leading a high-performing operational and commercial team.

As our Contracts Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing a responsive repairs delivery model, managing both direct labour and a diverse supply chain. You'll ensure contract performance, drive efficiencies, and maintain excellent client relationships. Procurement and negotiation of subcontractor packages will also form a major part of the role.

• Manage a responsive repairs contract across East London and the Home Counties

• Oversee direct labour teams and supply chain partners

• Ensure strong commercial and operational performance

• Lead procurement and negotiate work packages

• Drive efficiencies and continuous improvement

• Interrogate data to support performance and reporting

• Maintain excellent client engagement and service delivery

• Ensure best practice in Health & Safety

• 5+ years' experience working for a maintenance or main contractor

• Proven leadership experience within repairs or maintenance

• Strong data analysis/interrogation skills

• Competent with Microsoft Project & Excel trackers

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Strong Health & Safety awareness

• Full UK driving licence

• SMSTS qualification
