Job Title: User Experience Design (UXD) - Senior Specialist (Senior Motion Interaction Designer)

EES Solution is looking for an experienced Senior Motion Interaction Designer to join our client's digital product team. You will bring design to life using motion, interaction, and transitions, delivering engaging, cohesive, and intuitive user experiences across various digital platforms and devices.

This is a high-impact role that combines creativity with strong technical knowledge. You'll collaborate with multidisciplinary design and development teams to define how motion enhances usability, contributes to visual storytelling, and communicates functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement motion design systems, animations, transitions, and micro-interactions across digital HMI/UI platforms

* Translate static designs into dynamic, intuitive experiences in collaboration with UI and UX designers

* Work alongside software development teams to ensure motion design is feasible and optimized for performance

* Maintain visual consistency in motion and transitions across a wide range of interactions

* Create high-quality storyboards, sketches, and documentation to define animation behavior and communicate design intent

* Collaborate with creative operations, project managers, and business teams to align delivery with timelines

* Engage with internal stakeholders to review, refine, and communicate motion concepts and designs

Essential Skills:

* Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics/animations in After Effects

* Experience with storyboarding and sketching concepts

* Proven ability to define motion styles and documentation for developer handoff

Critical Capabilities:

* Deep experience in interaction design across both agency and corporate environments

* Track record delivering motion and interaction design for a variety of digital applications and screen types

* Excellent knowledge of animation principles (e.g., timing, easing)

* Advanced proficiency in After Effects, Principle, Framer (or similar tools)

* Familiarity with Cinema4D, Blender (3D motion preferred)

* Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

* Experience with prototyping and iterative design improvement

* Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and presentation skills

* Comfortable working across teams, cultures, time zones

* Adaptable to fast-paced, changing design environments

Experience & Qualifications Required:

* Minimum 3 years in motion graphics or animation design

* Experience creating motion graphics integrated into wider UI/UX systems

* Skilled in blending 2D and 3D design assets

* Able to work in-studio and remotely as project demands

Desirable Experience:

* Character design and creative animation

* Awareness of China-market design preferences

* Interest in automotive UX/HMI design

Work Arrangement:

This is a hybrid role, with core studio days on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Remote work is typically available on Monday and Friday, though occasional full-week studio presence may be required to support critical reviews
