Senior Quantity Surveyor - Water - North East- up to £55k + Benefits Package depending on experience

An exciting new opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a large civil engineering contractor delivering design-and-build projects with clients in the water sector.

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing Commercial Team in the North East to successfully deliver water contracts in the area due to a sizeable increase in workload. The successful candidate would be working on large scale water projects to include pipework renewals and repairs, water treatment plants and reservoirs.

Duties will be varied and include (not limited to) commercial delivery of live sites, mentoring and development of more junior members of staff, mitigating contract risks, procurement and management of subcontractors and responsibility for client liaison.
