Role : Warehouse Team Leader

Location: Farnborough

Hours: Sunday - Wednesday or Wednesday - Saturday
13:00pm - 23:30pm

Pay: £12.94 per hour

Duties as a Warehouse Team Leader:

· Lead and motivate the team to ensure efficient parcel processing.

· Manage parcel flow to meet and exceed targets.

· Perform quality checks with a focus on safety.

· Train and support new team members.

· Assist the shift manager with daily operations.

· Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.

Requirements of a Warehouse Team Leader:

· A passionate, proactive leader with experience in warehouse management or a similar role.

· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.

· Flexibility and adaptability in a high-energy environment.
