Our client, Nottinghamshire County Council, is looking for a Social Worker to join their Ageing Well Team.

About The Role
As an Ageing Well Social Worker, you’ll be part of a welcoming team who care for people in the twilight years of their life. You’ll be an integral part of the safety and wellbeing of the elderly.
You’ll be
- Responsible for Care Act Assessment, Safeguarding, VARM, Mental Capacity Assessments/Best Interests decisions and Court work.
- Delivering service to older people and adults with eligible needs arising from long term conditions.
- Working with the Mental Capacity Act and The Mental Health Act. Being able to utilise these to provide your assessments.
- Signposting relevant services for service users.
You are

A driver with access to a car

Experienced in Adults Social Work

Registered with Social Work England with the ability to practice in the UK
