Salary: £20000 - £30000/annum

We are Resin Bound Surfaces, one of the UK's leading resin driveway and patio companies and are recruiting an Accounts and Office Administrator to help to service our increased business.

We are part of a fast growing group of companies with an excellent reputation in the household construction sector.

Based at our Bradford office, we are looking to recruit a confident all-rounder asap. This is a full-time role 5 days a week offering a salary of £20 - 30k dependent on skills and experience.

Duties include:

* Accounts (banking, invoicing, sales and purchase ledgers, credit card reconciliations)

* Assistant to the Accountant

* HR administration

* Provide support for installations admin

* Supporting management team

* Clerical support for directors

* Organising events and accommodation

* Updating CRM system

* Project work

* Sales and purchase ledger

Required Skills:
We are looking for a professional, conscientious and focused team player with demonstrable experience of high quality support in a busy and varied workplace.


* Literacy and numeracy skills

* People skills

* Accounts and finance experience (ledger work and reconciliations)

* IT skilled to reasonable level (Microsoft applications, spreadsheets, CRM systems)

* Attention to detail and an ability to multi-task

* Highly organised

* Office administration

* HR experience

* Pro-active and positive and confident in your own decisions, not to be micro-managed

Desirable skills:

* Manufacturing/construction background

* Adminbase CRM system knowledge

* Knowledge of the home improvement marketplace
