What will you do? 

Manage a civil litigation caseload to include: 

• Contentious probate, property litigation & Personal Injury
• There will also be the opportunity to advise on professional negligence and partnership disputes (inc farming/agricultural partnerships) 
• You could potentially advise on employment work - but this can be handled by another fee earner if needed  

What will you need? 

• To be a qualified solicitor or Legal Executive 
• Civil litigation experience 
• Ideally at least 2 years’ PQE 
• Any employment experience would be an advantage
