About the Role:
As a Residential Support Worker, you will provide a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for children and young people, helping them achieve positive outcomes and reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Provide day-to-day care, support, and guidance to children and young people
✅ Promote a safe and stimulating environment
✅ Work as part of a team to develop individual care plans
✅ Encourage and support educational, social, and recreational activities
Requirements:
⭐ Must hold one of the following qualifications or be willing to complete

Level 3 in Health & Social Care (Children's element)
*
Level 3 in Residential Childcare
⭐ Full UK driving licence (desired)
⭐ Experience working with children or young people in a residential or similar setting
⭐ Commitment, resilience, and a genuine desire to support young people
