We're looking for a teaching assistant to join Tradewind. Working in a variety of schools in Weston-Super-Mare. The successful candidate will ideally have SEN experience, excellent behaviour management skills, and be able to work effectively with a student who requires additional support.

Responsibilities include:

Providing one-on-one support to a studentSupporting the student's developmentCollaborating with the classroom teacher and other staff members to provide a positive and inclusive learning environmentAssisting with the student's behaviour management and social-emotional developmentQualifications:
