About the Role:

We're seeking a Engineering Planner to support the planning function within the Engineering Department. This role is critical in coordinating cost-effective, predictive, and preventative maintenance strategies, ensuring equipment reliability and production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with scheduling and coordination of maintenance activities, including shutdowns.

Maintain SAP PM/BI/MRS/MM systems

Prepare, allocate, and manage Bills of Materials and spare parts for planned tasks.

Chair weekly scheduling meetings and maintain future maintenance plans.

Support documentation and compliance (e.g. insurance, lifting equipment, LEVs).

Liaise with operations, reliability, and central functions to prioritise and run maintenance efficiently.

Supervise contractors, ensuring safe and compliant work.

Essential Skills & Experience:

Strong organisational and communication skills.

Proficiency in SAP (PM/BI/MRS/MM) or similar CMMS tools.

Computer literacy (excel, word, outlook)

Planning experience in an Engineering or maintenance background would be desirable

Experience coordinating maintenance activities and working with technical documentation.

Ability to perform risk assessments, manage work orders, and supervise contractors.
