About the Role:This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated graduate who is considering a future in teaching or education. As a Graduate HLTA, you will work closely with teachers, support staff, and students to enhance learning across the school.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering small-group interventions and supporting whole-class learning

• Covering lessons in the absence of teaching staff (with planning provided)

• Supporting students with additional needs to help them reach their full potential

• Helping to create engaging learning resources and classroom displays

• Encouraging positive behaviour and fostering a safe, inclusive learning environment

• Assisting teachers with planning, assessment, and general classroom support

The Ideal Candidate:

• A recent graduate (any subject considered), ideally with experience working with young people

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• A genuine passion for education and helping students succeed

• A proactive, adaptable, and resilient attitude

• Interest in pursuing a future career in teaching (school-based training routes may be available)
