About the Role:

As an SEN Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering tailored lessons to meet the individual needs of students, often working closely with support staff and other professionals. You will play a vital role in helping children overcome barriers to learning, promoting engagement, progress, and emotional development.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver differentiated lessons suited to the needs of pupils with SEN.
Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and the wider school team.
Implement EHCP targets and maintain records of pupil progress.
Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
Use creative and therapeutic strategies to encourage student engagement.The Ideal SEN Teacher will have:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Strong behavior management and communication skills.
