Family Fee Earner - Chichester Office
Location: Chichester, West Sussex
Salary: Competitive, DOE
Work Pattern: Hybrid - 1 day remote per week (subject to business needs)
About the Role
A well-established and respected law firm is expanding its Family Law team and seeking a dedicated Family Fee Earner to join their Chichester office. This role involves managing a varied caseload covering divorce, financial settlements, private children matters, and cohabitation disputes.
You will provide compassionate, clear, and pragmatic advice to clients during what can be a difficult time. You'll handle cases independently from instruction to conclusion while working within a supportive and professional team environment. There is also an expectation to contribute to business development and uphold the firm's excellent reputation in Family Law.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a diverse caseload of family law matters
Provide clear, empathetic advice to clients
Work independently and collaboratively through cases
Participate in business development and client relationship building
The Ideal Candidate
Strong background in Family Law (Solicitor, Legal Executive, or experienced Paralegal)
Excellent client care and interpersonal skills
Proactive and solution-focused approach
Ability to manage matters efficiently and sensitively
