Anderson Knight are recruiting for Compensation and Benefits Analyst to join our clients global team. In this role, you will work closely with the EMEA Head of Compensation and Benefits to support the region and collaborate with the Global Rewards Team. As a key member of the team, you will have the opportunity to interact with a wide variety of stakeholders, both internal and external, within a complex and dynamic business environment.

Main duties and responsibilities:

* Educate the organisation on company reward practices and programs by managing internal trainings for HRBP and Talent Acquisition teams.

* Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition and HRBP teams to provide competitive offer recommendations.

* Support annual Compensation surveys and Market Pricing process for the EMEA region.

* Assist in the company-wide annual compensation planning cycle by partnering with the Global Rewards Team and project team, including testing, communications, and HRBP support.

* Review salary structures and perform market and employee data analysis.

* Support compensation-related requests, such as role evaluation and salary reviews, while maintaining the integrity of the career architecture and salary planning framework.

* Conduct in-depth analysis of reward-related data as required.

* Collaborate with the broader team to drive continuous improvement and process automation, enhancing HRIS integration and system utilsation.

Skills and Experience:

* Agile thinking and adaptability to manage multiple projects and demanding timescales.

* Experience in international compensation and/or benefits, ideally across the EMEA region.

* Familiarity with market compensation surveys (e.g., WTW).

* Proficient IT skills, including advanced Excel knowledge, and experience with HRIS integration and reporting.

* Previous experience working with Workday is highly desirable.

* Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and a solution-driven mindset.
