• Preparing statutory accounts for SMEs with growing independence (around 70% of your time)
• Drafting disclosures and supporting schedules for financial statements
• Identifying and resolving routine accounting issues
• Leading assigned audit sections, including substantive testing and documentation (around 30% of your time)
• Producing high-quality working papers with clear reasoning
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members
• Communicating directly with clients to gather information and answer queries

• Part-qualified ACA with ongoing studies
• Some practice experience, ideally across both accounts and audit
• Confident communicator, able to liaise with clients effectively
• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach
• Desire to take ownership and develop within the accountancy profession
