We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Manager to oversee all electrical aspects of a major residential project. This is a key leadership role with the opportunity to make a significant impact from start to finish.

Electrical Manager Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all electrical installation and commissioning activities for the residential project

*

Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and design teams to ensure electrical work meets project timelines and specifications

*

Review and interpret electrical plans, blueprints, and technical drawings

*

Ensure compliance with relevant codes, safety regulations, and quality standards

*

Manage subcontractors and in-house electrical teams

*

Prepare reports, project updates, and documentation for stakeholders

*

Lead troubleshooting and problem-solving during construction and testing phases

*

Maintain a strong focus on energy efficiency and sustainable solutions

Electrical Manager Qualifications:

*

Black CSCS card

*

SMSTS

*

Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role on mid- to large-scale residential projects

*

Strong knowledge of local electrical codes and safety standards

*

Excellent communication and leadership skills

*

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

*

Proficiency in project management tools and construction software is a plus
