What you'll be doing:

As Assistant Housekeeping Manager near Winchester, you'll help oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the accommodation side of a luxury, exclusive-use wedding venue. You'll make sure all rooms are always 'wedding ready' and that every guest receives a memorable stay.

Key responsibilities include:

Supporting the Accommodation Manager in daily operations and stepping up in their absence

Ensuring top-quality accommodation presentation and hygiene standards

Leading by example and supporting the housekeeping team with regular cleaning shifts

Contributing to breakfast service and deep-cleaning schedules

Handling admin tasks and ensuring stock is well managed

What we're looking for:

We're seeking a proactive Assistant Housekeeping Manager with a background in 4 or 5-star hotel housekeeping. You'll need a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the flexibility to roll up your sleeves and work alongside the team as needed.
