A Growing Business on the out skirts of Horsham are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join the team reporting into the Finance Director

Key Responsibilities Include:
·Allocating payments.
·Allocating supplier direct debit payment.
·Assisting with Weekly forecast of cash flow.
·Assisting with ad hoc month end duties.
·Review the aged creditor.
·Match invoices to purchase orders.
·Coding of purchase invoices.
·Dealing with supplier queries on a daily basis.
·Post the bank transactions into the company's ERP system
·Take responsibility for staff expenses.
The ideal candidate:
·Ability to form and maintain solid working relationships.
·Self-motivated.
·The ability to communicate effectively and professionally, with the confidence to build working relationships at all levels, both internally and externally.
·A logical approach to problem solving and the ability to generate ideas and solutions. Ability to cope with immediate demands and to prioritise tasks.
·Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both written and verbally.
·Excellent personal organiser and multi-tasker.
·Teamwork and collaboration.
·Problem solving.
