💼 What You'll Be Doing:
As Deputy Manager, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our services run smoothly, our staff feel supported, and the people we care for thrive every day.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Registered Manager with day-to-day operations
- Leading a team of support staff to deliver safe, person-centred care
- Ensuring compliance with CQC and all relevant legislation
- Developing and reviewing individualised care plans
- Overseeing staff recruitment, training, and development
- Assisting with budgeting and financial planning
- Building strong relationships with families, professionals, and stakeholders
✅ What We're Looking For:
- At least 3 years' leadership experience in a care home or supported living setting
- A confident, compassionate leader with strong communication and organisational skills
- Passionate about quality care, empowering others, and making a positive impact
- Knowledge of CQC regulations and person-centred planning
