We are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join our client based on the outskirts of Mildenhall.

Applicants should be excellent communicators, have good IT skills and ideally have previous experience within an office-based, customer focussed role. This role offers great scope for progression to Customer Service Advisor following successful completion of the probation period.

The role has a strong, proactive and real-time problem-solving requirement for ensuring customers orders are delivered on time and in full and that any queries are managed to resolution.

Hours of work are Monday - Friday 8.30 - 5. Applicants should ideally be available for an immediate start however notice periods may be considered for the right candidate.
