Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled Multi Trade Operative to join our client (housing provider) on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out day-to-day repairs in occupied properties.

Responsibilities:

Undertake a variety of repairs and maintenance tasks in residential properties.
Address issues promptly and efficiently to ensure tenant satisfaction.
Perform carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and general building repairs as required.
Work collaboratively with colleagues and subcontractors to complete tasks within agreed timescales.
Maintain accurate records of work undertaken.
You will be required to take part in the on call rotaRequirements:

Proven experience as a multi trade operative, ideally within social housing or property maintenance
Must be certified in at least one main trade and have the ability to carry out secondary trades to a high standard.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
