Day-to-day of the role: - Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and educational activities that align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Monitor and assess children's progress, ensuring developmental milestones are met.
- Create a nurturing and safe learning environment that stimulates learning and growth.
- Collaborate with other teaching staff and parents to support the holistic development of children.
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to continuously improve teaching practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications: - Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS).
- Experience in an EYFS setting is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create an inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
