Your Role Will Include: -
Supporting teachers with delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.

Assisting in classroom management and promoting positive behaviour.

Offering 1:1 or small group support where necessary.

Encouraging and motivating students to reach their potential.
What We're Looking For: -
Experience as a Teaching Assistant in UK schools for 3+ months.

A passion for supporting children's learning and well-being.

Ability to adapt to both general TA responsibilities and 1:1 support when required.

Local to Perry Barr or willing to commute.
