Duties of a Warehouse Operative

· Heavy lifting and manual handling (Up to 15kg)

· Utilise inbounding and out bounding procedures

· Ensure assets are securely wrapped and protected (i.e., stacked correctly) and highlight damaged boxes where appropriate.

· Using handheld scanners for their barcode tracking system.

· Safety shoes will need to be worn.

Required Skills of a Warehouse Operative

· Must have good physical health

· Previous warehouse experience

· Ability to work well under pressure in a target driven environment

· Effective communication skills and IT literate

· High level of attention to detail

Completed vetting checks/references during application process

Right to work required

Experience:

• Previous experience of working with the records management or Data Protection industry is desirable
• IT literate
