English & Maths Tutor - GCSE / Functional Skills

We are currently recruiting an English & Maths Tutor to support learners within a specialist education setting, delivering GCSE and Functional Skills level tuition.

Hours:
🕙 10:00am - 12:00pm (weekday mornings)

Role responsibilities

Deliver English and Maths tuition at GCSE and Functional Skills level

*

Provide 1:1 and small group support

*

Adapt lessons to meet individual learning needs

*

Support learners with confidence, engagement, and academic progress

*

Work collaboratively with on-site education staff

The ideal candidate

*

Experience as a Tutor, Teacher, or Intervention Specialist

*

Strong subject knowledge in English and Maths

*

Comfortable supporting learners with additional needs or barriers to learning

*

Patient, flexible, and reliable
