Description

Prepare and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
Reconcile financial transactions and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
Assist in preparing reports for the accounting and finance department.
Maintain up-to-date records of accounts payable and receivable.
Support month-end and year-end financial processes as required.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
Respond to supplier and client queries in a professional manner.

A successful Accounts Assistant should have:

AAT studier or similar
A background in accounting or finance-related roles.
Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and task management.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
