WDL Systems is seeking an Entry Level Technical Sales Representative.

WDL Systems is a specialty computer distributor located in Pittsboro, North Carolina. WDL partners with over thirty computer hardware manufacturers around the world to provide long-lifetime computing solutions for demanding environments and applications.

As a Technical Sales Representative at WDL Systems, you will be responsible for selling industrial computers, motherboards, modules, accessories, and memory solutions to Original Equipment Manufacturers, integrators, and end users in a specific geographic territory. Our Technical Sales Representatives work with management, engineers, and purchasers at various levels within various businesses.

The ideal candidate is an articulate communicator; a goal oriented self-starter with a professional demeanor, and enjoys being part of an enthusiastic and committed team. Must be driven, able to work with a sense of urgency, and be able to learn quickly.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Drive sales cycle to create new business: make introductory calls, qualify opportunities, overcome objections, and close deals
Develop and maintain an ongoing record of existing and potential new customers in Netsuite CRM
Perform outbound call campaigns to qualify sales opportunities
Meet and exceed quarterly sales quota in assigned territory
Identify, contact and build relationships with prospective customers primarily through telephone and email communication
Discuss product fit and communicate value proposition to meet customer’s goals and objectives, monitor annual sales and ensure sales retention
Identify expansion opportunities with existing portfolio and leverage existing customer relationships to increase sales revenue in territory
Build and expand long-standing customer relationships by providing excellent customer service
Attend trade shows and conferences
