Are you an experienced Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN) with a knack for clinical excellence? Our client is seeking a Deputy Home Manager to join their beautiful home in Bromley. The group are proud winners of the 2023 National Care Awards. This role offers a salary £23.20 per hour - £48,256 per year!

Our client is a leading care home group dedicated to providing exceptional person-centred care. You will be working 40 hours a week, 2 supernumerary shifts and 2 clinical 12 hour shifts 7:45am - 8pm DAYS ONLY.

The Deputy Home Manager will:
Lead and mentor a team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
Work 40 hours per week with alternate weekends.
2 days as supernumerary 9-5 & 2 days working on the units 12 hour shifts
Communicate effectively with residents and their families to build strong relationships.
Ensure excellent quality outcomes for residents.
Hold an active NMC pin.
