Remote Conveyancer

A national firm is seeking experienced Residential Conveyancers to join its growing team. This is a fully remote opportunity offering a supportive structure, strong systems and a clear bonus scheme for those comfortable managing its own caseload.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to post completion
• Handle a mix of sales and purchases including freehold and leasehold transactions
• Deal with matters such as shared ownership, title queries and enquiries
• Maintain regular communication with clients, estate agents and lenders
• Progress matters efficiently while maintaining excellent client service

Experience Required

• Minimum 3 years’ experience handling a residential conveyancing caseload
• Proven ability to manage files independently
• Experience dealing with sales, purchases, freehold and leasehold matters
• Exposure to shared ownership transactions would be advantageous
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a high volume caseload
