Currently recruiting a temporary Project Administrator for our client based in Gravesend.

This is an office based position, working Monday to Friday 9am till 5pm.

You must be available immediately, 1 - 2 months duration.

  • Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills as will need to liaise with several stakeholders.
  • Strong Excel skills not just data input, able to use formulas and manipulate data.
  • Project administration experience ideal.

Will be working alongside the Facilities Manager to create a property data spreadsheet, it will require communicating with different departments, contractors to obtain required information.

On occasion the role will require site visits therefore you must have a valid driving licence as a use of a company vehicle will be provided.
