We are seeking a compassionate, experienced, and driven Registered Manager to lead and manage a well-established 29-bed residential home located in the scenic coastal town of Sidmouth, Devon.

The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, managing financial performance, and leading a dedicated care team.

Situated within a UNESCO World Heritage Site on the Jurassic Coast, Rose Lawn Care Home offers residential, short-term, dementia, and end-of-life care. The home features beautiful gardens and ground-floor rooms with private patios, fostering a homely, community-focused atmosphere where every individual is recognised and valued.

• Lead and manage all aspects of the care home’s operations.

• Maintain compliance with CQC and other regulatory bodies.

• Recruit, develop, and retain a skilled and motivated staff team.

• Create rotas that ensure safe staffing levels while minimising agency use.

• Promote a positive team culture, fostering multidisciplinary collaboration.

• Ensure financial sustainability and effective resource management.

• Deliver care in alignment with Christian values of dignity, compassion, and community.

Essential:

• Completed or working towards Level 5 Leader in Adult Care qualification.

Desirable:

• RMA or an equivalent leadership/management qualification.

• Previous experience managing a residential care setting.
