This partner led, independent Surveying Practice are looking for a Graduate/Trainee Commercial Valuer to join the team in Leeds.

Out of their superb offices in Leeds City Centre, they specialise in Valuation/Professional Services, Commercial Property Management, Agency, Lease Advisory and Building Consultancy.

What you will be doing

Under the guidance and mentorship of a Chartered Surveyor, you be shadowing and learning how to conduct and report on commercial valuations.
Initially together, and in time independently, you will be visiting commercial properties across Yorkshire and the North providing Valuations for a variety of clients including banks, landowners, listed companies, private prop co's and private individuals.
 
The bulk of the work will be across office, retail, industrial and leisure but can include a wide variety of Commercial Property types.
 
What you will have

RICS accredited degree
Exposure to Commercial Property
Desire to become a Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer
Experience across a variety of commercial property types
FULL UK driving licence and access to your own car
