Recruitment Consultant - Facilities Management - Oxford

£28-£35k per annum (salary negotiable depending on experience) OTE £50K-£70K + Rewards & Incentives

Daniel Owen is looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant who understands the Facilities Management sector to join our office based in Oxford.

We have watched it grow from strength to strength and following on from an extremely successful year, we are now on the lookout for another Recruitment Consultant to join the DO team, specializing solely in Facilities Management. With the team having an exceptional name in Oxford and reputation in the industry this will be a huge benefit to you when building relationships with new & existing clients.

What you will be doing as a Recruitment Consultant?

Identify and develop existing client relationships, not only over the phone but face to face
Sourcing skilled individuals that have the correct qualifications and experience
Managing the full 360 recruitment process from interview through to offer stage
Providing a top tier service to ensure repeat business and recommendations

The ideal Recruitment Consultant:

Proven recruitment or sales professional (any sector experience)
Will have the ability to motivate and inspire others and have the ambition to progress into a managerial role
Excellent communication and organisational skills
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Ability to make decisions and use their own initiative
