We are recruiting a Registered Nurse to join a newly registered Nursing and Residential Care Home in Gosberton. The service provides high-quality permanent and respite care, including specialist support for people living with dementia, within a welcoming, purpose-designed environment.
This is a small, circa 30-bed home, offering a more personal, resident-focused approach to care, where you can truly make a difference.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a service at a key stage of its journey, where you can help embed outstanding clinical standards, professionalism, and compassion from the outset.
The Role
As a Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality clinical care and leading the care team to ensure residents receive safe, effective, and person-centred support.
You will:
• Deliver and oversee clinical care in line with best practice and regulatory standards
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans
• Administer and manage medications safely
• Monitor residents’ health and respond to clinical changes appropriately
• Lead, mentor, and support Care Assistants and junior staff
• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, families, and external professionals
• Promote dignity, independence, and wellbeing at all times
Experience in dementia care is beneficial, but a strong commitment to high-quality, compassionate nursing care is essential.
What We’re Looking For

• A caring, compassionate, and professional approach
• Experience in a care home or similar setting (desirable)
• Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making skills

• Commitment to continuous professional development
What We Offer

• Support with revalidation and career progression
• Company pension scheme
• Private Medical Insurance

• Blue Light Card discounts
• Long-term career progression opportunities
• Supportive management and a friendly, positive workplace culture
• The opportunity to help shape a small, high-quality service at an important stage of development
