Magnet Recruit is working with a leader wihtin the Food Manufacturing sector. This role isn't for just anybody, we need a technically strong, people focussed leader that is experienced leading large teams through turbulent change.

The product itself isn't essential (experience wise), but the individual needs to be someone that has experience of leading within a Food or FMCG environment. Ideally you haven't had the deepest of pockets when it comes to capital as this business is going through a 'battoning down of the hatches' approach with critical CapEx available but this is a 'hearts and minds' piece first and foremost.

About you?

- Previous experience in a Senior Engineering Manager / Head of Engineering position within a large, FMCG or Food Manufacturing sector business
- Experience of leading an Engineering team through a period of consolidation
- Strategy focussed - Long term change in mind
