Service Contract Specialist - 7-Month Maternity Cover
Location: Groby, LE6 (Hybrid - occasional office presence)
Pay Rate: £19.50 per hour
Contract: Temporary (7-month maternity cover)

Are you an experienced contract or customer service professional with SAP knowledge? This is a hybrid role offering a great opportunity to work cross-functionally and make a real impact on service delivery and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Be Doing:

Manage the end-to-end Service Contract process, including contract review, SAP order entry, billing, and revenue recognition.
Develop a strong understanding of the Visual Product Line service portfolio to align offerings with customer requirements and pricing strategy.
Build and nurture relationships with customers to maximise contract value and improve renewal rates.
Collaborate with key departments to ensure timely, accurate service delivery.
Monitor contract margins, billing milestones, and cash flow while identifying opportunities for process improvement.
Maintain accurate records and provide insights to stakeholders to support business decisions.
Actively support continuous improvement by identifying technical and commercial risks, making recommendations, and promoting best practices.What You'll Need:

SAP or similar system experience (essential)
Background in contract or customer management
Strong MS Office skills and a high attention to detail
